Integrity. Creativity. Impeccable attention to detail. These are words Rick’s clients use to describe him and the work he does.
Since co-founding Gold, Orluk & Partners 20 years ago, Rick has helped build a business that stands alone in its dedication to seamlessly achieving results, while helping its clients maintain their focus on the big picture.
Rick oversees the development of results-driven strategic marketing campaigns in both the business-to-business and consumer markets. He has helped clients develop brand new brands into successful enterprises and he has helped established brands achieve new levels of success.
Rick also specializes in event management. He and his team have run everything from national conventions, to world championship athletic competitions, to high-level corporate events, to nationally-respected youth sports camps.
In his spare time, Rick lends his expertise to the Granby Land Trust, serving as its volunteer president since 2002. Preserving the natural beauty of Granby, Connecticut – a beautiful town in the foothills of the Berkshires – is very important to him.
Rick is married with three sons. Prior to launching Gold, Orluk & Partners, Rick was the legislative director for Governor Lowell P. Weicker. Prior to that he worked for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, where he worked to educate the public about the abilities of people with disabilities. He is a graduate of Williams College.
